Harman Kardon Fly TWS Review: You Can Expect More

Harman Kardon Fly TWS Review

Final Score

Harman Kardon Fly TWS earbuds are beautiful, eye-catching, and also carry a clean sophisticated look. Despite, being heavily priced on Amazon, Harman Kardon’s new creation is getting a lot of attention. The brand is known for its amazing sound quality, crispy bass, and jaw-dropping designs. Harman Kardon released this model under 11K and right now they are selling this model at 10,000 Rupees. While aesthetically, this model has got it all. At that price tag, these are one of the most beautiful looking earphones out there in the market.

They are priced to compete against some of the best models that include Jabra Elite 65T, Galaxy Bluetooth Buds, 1 More TWS buds, and more. Although it has got a good aesthetic appeal, the performance and usability factors of these TWS buds are quite underwhelming. Harman Kardon Fly TWS earbuds suffered from some major drawbacks that we are going to see in this review.

Music Playback Quality:

Harman Kardon’s Fly TWS earbuds deliver you a decent sound quality for that price tag. The stereo speakers on both sides deliver good sound quality from independent channels. While the bass is not good enough, they certainly provide a nice balance for your music playbacks. If you are an audiophile, you might expect more from it at that price tag. If you are someone who appreciates subtility, then you will not get disappointed by these.

Call Quality:

If you are planning to buy an all-rounder earphones for your daily usage, this product will not fulfill your needs. While the sound quality during music playbacks is quite decent, the sound quality during calls is not up to the mark. You can barely hear the other person’s voice during your phone calls. If you have intentions to buy this for answering and making calls, you should consider other options. Some calls will become your absolute nightmares especially if you are dealing with people who have low voice ranges.

Even the microphone of this product has got some problems which definitely irritate you during long conversations.

Battery Life:

Unlike many other products in this range, these earbuds got a good battery to backup your needs. These earbuds have a 58mAH battery in earbuds combined with a 252mAH powered carry case. They will roughly give you around 6+14 hour battery usage. However, the battery may vary with your volume levels.

Fit:

Harman Kardon Fly TWS earbuds will fit for people who have got small and medium ear sizes. If you have big ears like me, you would find it difficult to wear them. You can try the spares that are provided in the box, however, I find them not good enough for the ears of my size.

Design:

These earbuds have a good design and that’s the reason I placed this section at the end of the review. These are one of the best looking earbuds at that price tag. These earbuds are the first TWS release from Harman Kardon and they really stood up to the standards of the company. However, I am a fan of variable color options, and this product is only available in limited color options. Adding some bold color schemes might make them much better.

Final Words
Harman Kardon Fly TWS earbuds are decent and aesthetically perfect. But, you can expect more at that price tag. Samsung Galaxy Buds & Sony WF-XB700 are available to buy at the same price tag. You can add them to your list to consider as they are a great choice and offers you the most comfortable fit, better connectivity, and a warm, bassy sound for your music playbacks. If you are looking for something new and don't want to go for Galaxy Buds, Oppo Enco Free might be a great choice for you.
